An internet survey of 2,596 people with fibromyalgia

The National Fibromyalgia Foundation posted a comprehensive FM orientated questionnaire on its website on Oct 15, 2005. Over the course of 3 days 2,569 FM patients completed the questionnaire. The results were published in the Journal of BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders in March 2007 *.
This questionnaire and  its execution were due to the combined efforts of a scientific committee that was initiated and supported by the National Fibromyalgia Association. The following researchers and clinicians were involved in this project:
